Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All billing is handled by the respective platform according to their terms.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Health and Wellness Disclaimer

LuxJourney is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

The meditation and mindfulness content is provided for general wellness and personal development purposes only. The app is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you experience any adverse effects while using the app, discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider. If you have a history of trauma, mental health conditions, or are currently receiving mental health treatment, consult your healthcare provider before using intensive meditation practices.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuxJourney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LuxJourney, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
