Delete Your Data
We respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your LuxJourney account and all associated data.
Warning: This action is permanent
Deleting your account will permanently remove:
- Your account and login credentials
- All meditation progress and journey history
- Journal entries and reflections
- App preferences and settings
- Subscription history (billing handled separately by App Store/Play Store)
This cannot be undone.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: In-App Deletion
- Open the LuxJourney app
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Scroll down to Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your choice
Option 2: Email Request
- Send an email to [email protected]
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email address associated with your account
- We will process your request within 30 days
Note about subscriptions: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. To stop future charges, please cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play Store before deleting your account.
What Happens After Deletion
- Your data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days
- You will be logged out of all devices
- You can create a new account with the same email, but your previous data will not be restored
- Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes
